Most of this week’s releases are ports, so there isn’t much to discuss. The biggest releases are Sonic Unleashed for the PS3 (Came to the XBox360 two weeks ago), Prince of Persia for the PC (Released for PS3 and XBox360 last week) and Rock Band 2 for the PS2 (released a couple of months ago for PS3 and XBox360)
On WiiWare this week, we find this week’s Bruiser and Scratch, a dog and cat team, who must complete a Paganitzu-esque escape from a dire situation, solving a mystery along the way. With nearly 150 levels, this game should should provide fans of tile-pushing puzzles hours of game-play.
Last week’s planned release of Dungeon Maker II was pushed to this week, and I didn’t realize it until after last week’s article. As I described last week, it looks like an interesting twist on the standard JRPG, and for that it’s earned this week’s Icrontic Spotlight.
