The move is said to be unrelated to recent XBox issues. In related news, a former EA employee will also be moving to Microsoft. Penny Arcade termed it a “some modern pantomime of royal marriage”, which I don’t think is far off the mark. One of the better articles I found about it was this one at Computerworld.
