Phishing scams and identity thieves

Federal agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission the Internal Revenue Service and the Justice Department are investigating identity theft gangs using bogus emails claiming to be from the agencies themselves. Yet another trick for consumers stupid enough to releasing financial information to wade through.
