Pr0n studio sues Microsoft

Despite being shot down in identical cases against Google and Amazon, the “Perfect 10” pornographic studio is suing Microsoft for their search technology which catalogs some of their pictures in the form of thumbnails. Undaunted by the fact that the designers of the website can simply cordon off certain sections from engine spidering, they plan to move forward with the suit seeking damages for “Illegal reproduction of material.” Other kvetching is done in the suit, so if you’re interested, take a look over here.
