TÜV Rheinland Group, an independent certification lab that serves the United States’ OSHA and Canada’s SCC, has recently published a pair of test documents which essentially confirm the existence of Palm Pre and Palm Pixi models being prepared for operation on GSM networks like AT&T and T-Mobile.
The certifications cite the P101 and P121, which in Palm parlance refer to the Pre Plus and Pixi Plus, respectively. Further, the P101 and P121 are ascribed the “UNA” suffix which denotes a GSM radio (AT&T and T-Mobile), while the EWW suffix refers to CDMA (Sprint and Verizon).

CDMA Palm Pixi: P120EWW, CDMA Palm Pixi Plus: P121EWW, GSM Palm Pixi Plus: P121UNA
While it is unknown when these devices will launch, it does dovetail nicely with Palm’s stated plans to expand its carrier presence far and wide.
