Sonic CD is where the series toped out, and with the exception of a couple of decent portable titles the series has really lost its way. I can't wait to play this with my kid.

    5 Feb 2010 ~ 10:04pm UPSLynx I'm a Sega Genesis man myself. Because it had Sonic. Sonic was my gaming childhood.
    
    But I had an SNES as well, and I played the heck out of it. I had more games on the SNES, and enjoyed its library more, but Sonic. Sonic and Street Fighter made the Genesis for me.
    
    I have to admit, after a little time of thinking about it, I'm a little worried about this 'episode 1' business. I'm getting sick of episodic content, and I don't want to pay for just a few zones. I want an effing Sonic game. If this is the size of Sonic 2 or 3, I'll be OK with the episodic nature. Otherwise ....ehhhhh.
