The 7950GX2 was a beast for its day. Sure, it was a little buggy and some boards didn’t very much like it, but if you got it work, boy howdy was it fast. We assume we’re in the safe bumpy but wild ride with the 9800 GX2 based on the swank new revisions to the G90 GPU core that birthed the GeForce 8800GT. Benchmarks are a little slow right now, while drivers get developed, but for anyone with an ultra-fast single-16x PCIe board, this hot mama is for you!
