   25 Aug 2009 ~ 10:01pm Snarkasm Gate, it doesn't damage the computer because the fluid isn't electrically conducive. The only reason liquids tend to be bad for electronics is because of the electrolytes within them that allow electricity to arc and flow where it shouldn't. If the liquid medium doesn't allow electricity to leave the traces in the computer where it should live, it's like it's not there at all - except it's a great way to pull heat away from components.
