YouTube blocks Britain’s music

As of Monday, YouTube will be blocking Britain’s access to music videos after they failed to reach an agreement with Performing Rights Society (PRS) for Music. YouTube said in their blog that PRS was asking for a considerable increase in the royalties they were required to pay. The result was Google’s removal of access for British users to thousands of music videos; however a list of these artists has not yet been published.
