I'm pretty close to ultra friend with a bunch of folks. How do we want to do this?
Let's pick a day and time and pop the eggs! I'm good any time after 4pm PST most days, anytime weekend. Need 12 more days of gifts with you though, I have a few other people ready to go. Last time we arranged something in Discord that worked out.

@Linc asked me for some tips for a starter and since I was spending the time to type it out, figured I would throw it out there to everyone.
I have to preface with the fact I have been on a downturn of playing PoGo over the last 2 months. Moving to Tx I don't have the player community that I had back in Palmdale nor the resources. Then a kick in the nuts when a spawn point shuffle (the second one ever) took the spawn spaces I could reach in my house away. The game is what you make it. There is no end game.
First of all if you are not already, focus research. The Daily research will get you a research reward each week which is usually a rare or legendary pokemon. That said, currently it is a flower crown Eevee and while it will make a pretty Espeon, it is no better than an Eevee you may catch on the corner on any given day. The daily tasks can give rare pokemon as the reward and usually a chance at a shiny.
Other than research, Raids is where you'll build your team. Level 1-4 raids typically have in them great counters to the current level 5 raid which is always a legendary/mythical. You get 1 free pass a day but can only hold one free pass at a time. This requires you raid every day or planning out doing two every other day.
There is no need to hoard items. Don't be afraid of throwing stuff out. If you use more potions and revives because you raid or battle gyms more than going out and throwing balls, maybe throw out some balls when you need space. Vice versa.
PvP gets you loots. You can do one training PvAI a day and three PvP battles a day and get rewards (you can do as many as you want but you'll only get rewards for one AI training and three battles against another player). You have other players in the house, bug them every day to battle them. Doesn't always have to be "My Best vs Your Best". Make it fun like "Only Pink Pokemon" or "Only Pokemon whos species start with L"
There is a community day every month. This is a day with a three hour period where spawns of a particular 'mon will be boosted, you'll have a good chance at shinys, and you can evolve them for a special move. Every other month is a starter and most of the time the move makes that 'mon meta relevant. Next one is Nov 16 and is Chimchar. He will get Blast Burn and he will be your best fire starter (🤘 twisted fire starter 🤘) unless you trade for a previous Blast Burn 'mon.
You can buy coins which you can spend on some resources or expand your Pokemon or item storage. The only way to get these coins in-game (if you want to stay FTP) is to get your Pokemon in gyms. You could take down a rival teams gym and put yours in or if there is an open spot in a [your color] gym, then you can toss one in. You will get 1 coin for every 10 minutes the mon stays in a gym with a max of 50 coins received each day no matter how many Pokemon are returned to you on any given day.
There are what are called IVs in the game (stands for Individual Values) which are extra stat boosts that each Pokemon has. A number of 0-15 for each HP, Attack, and Defense. Do yourself a favor and don't focus on IVs too much. Have fun with your Pokemon. There is an in-game appraisal system that will show you these stats if you need to, say, compare two of the same 'mon to decide which to keep. Trading Pokemon rerolls these stats so there is no black market for high IVs. Research Pokemon, Egg Hatches, and Raid Pokemon have lower IV floors when they roll so they will have better IVs than a Pokemon caught in the wild.
Like I said, there is no end to the game so you make your own goals. I suggesting picking one or two to focus on.
-Get to Level 40 (Focus XP, this takes either a long time or putting money into the game for raid passes)
-Catch 'em all (there is a Pokedex that keeps track for you) (Variations on this such as all level 1s or living 'dex where a player keeps at least one of each Pokemon)
-Build the best battle teams for Gyms / Raids / PvP
If you go for battles of any kind you'll want to power up some 'mon. To power up your Pokemon, you need candy and stardust. You get stardust from catching, hatching, and research. You get candy for catching that type Pokemon. Spend your stardust on Pokemon you use regularly in raids or battling gyms.
If you have any questions on anything in particular, throw em out there. (that goes for anyone)
