    damn it :(

it looks like its the mobo :( , i did some troubleshooting last night, swapped ram, cpu, psu, no go :(

everything i have now still works except the mobo.

ps: is it ok to fold on one of my other rigs (as icrontic6) until we get this fixed?

Shes had a good run over all. It happens, nothing ever lasts forever. IC16-UK had the same. Ran well for ages, then just stopped. That was that :(

I've got a couple of mobos available. Let's match up with your current processor and RAM.

If that's still the 1GHz Duron listed in the specs the Asus A7V-133 ought to do it.

ya for sure, no need to spend money for that.. Unlessssss :)

we upgrade IC6 cpu/mobo, but like i said, i dont think there is a need for that.

IC3 had the same problem, the mobo up and died. After examining the board i found several exploded, leaking, or bulging capacitors on it... Poor thing.

Fortunately I had a spare borked 8K5A2+ from fatcat that I repaired (scratched traces) to put in its place to keep her going. The mobo doesnt overclock, period... but works great at stock. So its all good
