    So It's LEO's Fault I'm running up my electric bill with 2 2ghz+ Bartons running 24/7. ;D

I joined the fun (addiction) in Jan 2003. I fugured my 2.0 Tbred could help out some..... Now I have two machines running full blast and when I build a machine fo a friend or family member it gets stress tested by running FAH for a day (or week) or two.

Now I can't surf the net without checking out my pt production (Hey a machine is Down - Boss I need to go Home it's a personal emergency..... :) )

    Top 30 Folder Yo ;D;D;D

I just switched the thread title to reflect it's "official" status. :) Would everyone prefer it remain unstickied as the last one was so we can have a little good old "bump" fun? ;)

We can call it 'Bubba's DC Project', as long as it boosts esprit de corps (team spirit).

I thought you were bringing on 30 computers from your school's lab?

Well, I had one or two posts in the old thread, so I might as well post something in this one....

    SOMETHING

Seriously though, I don't currently fold for Team 93, but this is where I started back in March of 2002. I started with one machine and it wasn't long before I was adding more. At one time, I was running F@H on 22 computers (not all mine).

This was/IS a great team and I believe it always will be!

I offered some assistance to a little team called Xtreme Systems to help them get going. Now they are cranking out some serious points.

I then moved on to a little team called ABIT USA to help them get going. We are not a high producing team, but we are trying. :)

It is because of Team #93 that I got involved. It is because of the integrity of Team #93 that I stayed involved. It is because of the community at Team #93 that I wanted to help other teams get involved, watch them grow and enjoy the community atmosphere that is shared here.

I view the F@H forum here at Short-Media regularly. Though I don't fold for Team 93, I still feel like part of this team.

Keep up the great job guys! Fold on! :fold:

    Bill

//edit: I have just over 53,000 folding points that all started with team 93.

28th is very respectable, esp for a team that started so late in the game. Nothing to call little.

Bill, how many boxes you got folding now? (Don't answer if you don't wish to.) Could we convince you to maybe move one or two back to Team 93 for old time's sake? Heck, you could still keep boxes with other teams - just a United Nations approach to folding!:D

I just have 5 Leo. No more folding at work since the job change. I had a box at work folding for Bart (Team 93) for a few months, but had to put that box into service. :(

//edit: Leo, I have 6-7 people on my "potential threats" list, so I'm leaving my systems where they are. :D

which brings up a good point. We should do a blitzkrieg - get as many people to fold for us as possible, even if only for a week or a day. We can't let ars take our spot! I've seen other teams do this for other projects, in fact I think Ars has done this for other DC projects.

Just dont go installing it on peoples laptops without their knowledge, its not nice....

I will see if I can get some of the Uni machines running it when I start, but I am guessing they are already running something.....

I forgot to mention that TBonZ is the main reason I got so involved with folding. You guys are LUCKY to have him! It's also good to see other's here pick up the torch and let poor Terry have a much deserved rest. :)

Soooo... it seems I let the Weekly Milestones thread fall way behind this semester... like all fours months of the semester behind. I will be slowly catching up over break, one week at a time. My goal is to be able to post the first week of the new year on time.

/me looks at the 800 milestone e-mails he has cached :eek2:

Seems a little pointless as the people you post first will be on page 800 by the time you finish, so no-one will see them anyway.....

These are a great resource for tracking your movement up :thumbup or down :thumbsdow the team rankings.

For instance, in the week just posted I can see how much WuGgsy has cranked up production - we were neck-and-neck not so long ago, now he's thumping me like a cheap tom-tom...
    23,000: WuGgaRoO, TheWiz, mmonnin, scthoburn
The "800 Posts" have also been individually covered in the personal acknowledgements - why not head over there and give some positive reinforcement to the Team 93 members?

Those were my general sentiments too, prof. That's why I didn't give it up even though I didn't have time for a while. It's a good history record for the team.
