For christ sakes, the M64 in the TNT2 M64 relates to the MEMORY BUS width between the video processor and the onboard Video DRAM. It's 64-bits instead of the usual 128-bits.
Most NVidia cards from the TNT2 all the way up to the GeForce FX 5800 Ultra have a 128-bit memory interface, except cards made for the low-budget users. In this case, NVidia cut costs by chopping the memory bus width in HALF to 64-bits.
The LARGEST memory size available on TNT2 cards was 32 MB of SDR SDRAM. There NEVER ever was a 64 MB TNT2 card manufactured. EVER.
