Linux has something like this but it replaces the normal clock, it's called "Fuzzy Clock". It says like "Quarter past two" and "Twenty five to nine" heh.

Well, I see a few ways to do it. since it want it to display text, I can either see an incredibly long if statement, or a set of four switches.
