Be an official SMx Donor!

Go to User CP -> "Paid Subsciptions" under Miscellaneous

Follow the instructions to donate via Paypal, and you'll get a special "SMx Donor" tag under your avatar for the period of time specified.

Let see some tags! :rarr:



//edit: I did indeed donate already (twice, actually while testing) but complications with my admin permissions prevent the tag from showing :-/

    Thanks! There were a few people that donated $25 in honor of our little contest as well.

    Anyone who has given a donation in the past month or two can PM me the details (amount and approximate date) and I'll credit you appropriately in teh subscription system :)

    I'll make those tags link to the SMx project thread later as well... forgot that bit last night.

    The Donor tag should appear immediately; I think there's a bug in how I implemented the tag, which is why Sledge's didn't take... something about him being in multiple secondary usergroups. I'll sort it tonight :)

    Yup, I confirmed the data is present... it put you in the right usergroup; the template just didn't pick it up. :grumble: I spent two hours last night researching that stupid variable.

    I do hope you grandfather some of us "old donators" in. I have given quite a bit to the project in the past, not so much money as equipment and even a machine and I will probably be donating a Pee4 mobo/cpu combo as soon as I upgrade that rig to a C2D compatible mobo in the (hopefully) near future.

    The issue with the tag not appearing for some of you has been fixed (thanks to some friendly help on vbulletin.com) :) Please let me know if anyone else has any problems or questions!

    Check my SM25 upgrade thread. I swapped out a few parts of her's. The PSU (now 430 watt thermaltake), the motherboard (now ECS P4M890T-M2) and CPU (now Core 2 Duo E6300.)

    SM33 received a AMD 3500+ Upgrade along with a new stick or 512MB memory and a Mobo... that is a donation for life :)
