Orange Livebox Problems

I just got an orange livebox and i try installing it but the CD install software crashes every time i get up to about the 3rd or 4th install instruction and BOOM! it stops every thing else is fine though and i can still exit it??? The CD is in near perfect condition and i dont think its anything to do with my CD/DVD-Rom drive. Any help? thanks

    The Livebox is a combined wireless router/modem with a socket to plug a phone into to make cheaper VOIP calls.
    For those of you like me who had not heard of this gizmo before.

    Do you have this problem with other CDs? Also, is it possible to get a replacement CD?
