    Link to Staples Maxtor Rebate

Staples/Maxtor $80 Rebate Form in attached Zip file below

Go to RebatesHQ or Staples Rebate Center (different webpage but same outfit) for online rebate submission - you still have to send in recipet copy and UPC but you be able to track your rebate processing

Good through June 21. I might be heading to Staples today. Wish it were good for more than one purchase; I'd like four of these for my next rebuilds.

Do you have 4 Staples (and 4 reliable addresses) in your area. If so - there you are.

I personally know of 7 local area Staples.....

I was there last night, they actually had one on the shelf, but I would've paid $30 more than I had to! :p

Still not going to buy it though, don't have any use for 160gb... haven't used the 160 I have! :p

Well I went to my local Staples and surprise surprise, they're sold out. As is the website. But the Staples here was overcharging for it anyway. So it looks like my chances at getting one of these nice deals is shot.

Thanks Omega! I'll be heading to Staples tomorrow night to see if I can pick up one of those 160gb drives. :)

//edit: I bought the only one of these drives the Staples I went to had in stock. Now I just hope I get the $80 rebate. :)

bought one last night. No problems with the coupon. Going to install 2000 or XP whenever my friend wakes up. My discs are messed up :(

As I said in another thread, Staples also has $30 after MIR 30GB ATA133 Maxtor drives (2MB cache). I bought 2 for my new raid setup, they're working very well. Nice thing is, Staples will print you two rebate forms and rebate receipts, have someone else send in the second ;). If you're like me and need blank CDRs, they may have some of these left (I bought 3), then you can use the $30 off $150 coupon (buy a box of paper clips to push $150) and get the cdrs for free.

so could I order one online and buy 3 in stores then? I've got 3 staples within 10 miles, and I really don't want to be running all over northern california if I can help it...
