folding help

ok i just got my own comp. thats on all the time and i wanna start folding. how do i start?

    Welcome to Team Icrontic
    Read through the tutorial and I've made it self explanitory. It will instruct you onsetting up the whole thing. If you have any questions, you can ask them in the Distributed Computing forum. Glad to see your going to fold for our team naginaoe.

    when it says type in user name, type in "yagga" -very important!

    naginaoe, We still don't know what Name & Team you are folding under? I don't see you on our team list. I'm wondering, you should have turned in 1 or 2 work units by now. And you should be showing up on the team.
