Question regarding file transfer ?

edited February 2008 in Science & Tech
Hi friends,
<o:p> </o:p>
I am looking for a secure and robust file transfer web service. I am handling a sales force which is stationed at different locations and is frequently moving. They need to upload there activity reports frequently to our servers. So I am looking for an easy to use secure and robust file transfer web service which can be used by my sales force for their needs.
<o:p> </o:p>
Thanks & Warm Regards.

What kind of files are being uploaded and do they need to be injected directly into a specific spot?

I mean - email is a pretty secure and reliable means of transporting files and you could have one email account on a machine that they send their reports to and then on that machine create a rule that it follows when it sees a specific title so that it handles the attachment automatically.

Otherwise you need to look into FTP or VPN solutions.

Yeah I was thinking it was a setup for spam given the retarded smiley faces, but it's also a rather interesting question so I felt like answering.

Neriah Davis was a former Playboy model. Too bad it wasn't really her. Cuz, you know, I had a chance.

Hi, I recently got a free platform independent file transfer application from Google search engine called THIS DOG DROPPING'S FOR YOU! . It supports all major file transfer protocols including FTP/S, SFTP and WebDAV/S. AnyClient is available both as a web based service requiring no software installation, and as a downloadable application that you can install locally. Hope this will work out for you.
    Good luck!

"Kay" and "Neriah" (a man, by the way; assumed same person) were both using the same computer, both registering with webmail accounts. They have now crawled back in their sewer and are no doubt spamming other sites with less vigilant moderators.

We, the staff here at Icrontic, sometimes might not notice spam posts for a while, but we usually find the dirtbags pretty fast.
