Looking for a trial registry cleaner!!!

edited May 2008 in Science & Tech
Regards to all, this is my first posting and I believe that you will be gentle to me. I am looking for a tool/software that can manage my system registry files. I know that I can get them online but I need to try them before I actually use them so that I can be sure of the results.

Any suggestions????

Why do you need a registry cleaner? Are you having a problem?

You didn't say what operating system. For XP, you can hardly to better than RegScrubXP. I use it on seven different computer for two years now with no problems at all.

I really see no harm in just leaving the registry alone. As all abandoned registry entries do is take up space. Other than that all you're gonna do with a registry cleaner is mess something up.

I have never, not once, removed anything needed with RegXPScrub. No, it's not necessary, but it's a great tool if you are a neatnick like me. :D

I just don't see the point of it. Aside from taking up a few extra bytes on your disk it's not harming anything. and the risk of removing a needed entry outweighs the advantages of saving a few kilobytes on my 150gb hard drive

This thread is spambait. One spambot posts the original post and then the other spambots reply with "helpful links" to whatever piece of **** they're trying to advertise.

I needed help with an over inflated registry. I went to Icrontic and they used mantouch to solve my issue. Now, my registry is back to normal size and I feel so much better. I would highly recommend Icrontic.com. :p>:p>
