Anyone know if Titan Quest is good? it's on sale for $3.74 and it looks kind of entertaining.
Well given we spend that much on a hamburger for a few minutes of pleasure and a lifetime of artery problems, I'd say most any game by THQ is worth the same considering the amount of entertainment you get out of it. If you are in to RPGs and have some time on your hands, it's probably worth it
Duke Nukem Forever is $10. That's what I would consider the buy-in for this game.
Since we praised the all knowing Lynx on Rage, I'm gonna take credit for this call.
I quote the allmighty oracle @Cliff_Forster - "Duke Nukem is a crusty relic from gamings past, no need to revisit it. 3D shooters have evolved so much, and I have little faith that this title will offer anything innovative."
"It will be in your GameStop's bargain bin within the first few months of release"
If you offer to rub my tummy while feeding me Berger Cookies there is more where that came from.
You know, I offered the Duke Nukem Forever team a pretty sweet deal... but they just wouldn't take it. Pity it had to go that way as I really did enjoy that series.
Oh well, at least Valve has the good sense to play ball.

Cheer up, Satan. I hear the guys over at Square Enix are looking to sell their souls.

Am I the only one inspired to write a Charlie Daniels parody right now?
Oh crap... The Steam Autumn Sale started today. Just what I needed right before Christmas, Valve showing up to drain all my bank accounts even further.
New Vegas is worth $10 but make sure you grab the DLC packs with it, they aren't cheap at regular, individual, prices and the 'Ultimate Edition' that bundles them isn't getting released untl Feb 2012.

Yes. Also, pick up the 'Gold' pack for 5$ instead of just the base for 3.74$.

Got it in the THQ pack and like pretty much everything in that purchase it was ignored in favour of DoW.
Didn't buy it from onlive at £1, from the trial I don't think I missed much.

This is what Einstein was talking about with his gravitational constant.
Borderlands (one of the greatest games ever!) is $5 today, but splurge and buy the $7.49 complete pack with all the (amazing) DLC.
What a steal.
