Mirrors Edge is currently the Community choice at 75% off. I don't believe it was an option on previous days so it MAY be a daily deal this week but it will either be more expensive or $1-2 less (90% off a $20 game is not unheard of) but why take the chance. I will be pulling the trigger before the 6 hours left is up.

Thanks for today's updates Digi! L.A. Noire may be a buy at $5 for kicks.
Also if Thief: The Dark Project or Thief: The Metal Age go on sale buy them you won't regret it, just ignore Deadly Shadows without argument it is the worst in the series.
Yeah, I just bought the other two STALKER games in a pack. HATE STEAM SALES!
How can you hate steam sales? When else are you going to buy games you aren't going to play? I have too many puzzle games that were on sale for a dollar or two. "I'll play them when I have time later"
I'm actually surprised they even bothered to put it on a daily deal - it'd been selling so well up to this point, with plenty of "well I'll wait until the last day if it doesn't!"
07/21/12 (available for another 6 hours as of this post)

The X Series is going for 75% off, I highly suggest this game to fans of EVE or fans of space simulators in general.
This is the REAL DEAL people, thousands of hours of entertainment from just ONE of these games. You'll get to experience clever AI, brilliant (And beautiful) ship and planet design (Especially in X3: Reunion or Terran Conflict, the quality for the year the game was made will BLOW YOUR MIND) the original fluctuating economy (I'm serious, Egosoft hired economists to manage the game's economic flow and it only improves as you reach each new game. Every sector in the game will have it's economy change with or without you and the act of the AI trading within the game can actually create surplus's and deficits within the varying sectors.)
The only issue with these games is that they take a very long time to really 'get into' not only is the learning curve for the game (Especially the economy) absolutely massive but it takes quite awhile to get the 'super ships' that, especially in the later games (THE DESIGNS HOLY CRAP) that you'll see, want, and NEED the minute you enter the world.
Just a few example images for your viewing pleasure. (X3)

Just added to my cart, though I do feel bad for Sins of a Solar empire, and Endless space, I haven't had time to play them much yet.
