Heading home to do the baseline now. I'm gimped so will not participate, but will be timing Eli. I might do the pushups/situps if I'm feeling sassy. The other two metrics will doom me forever.

I wouldn't worry too much. I never could get a passing score in the Air Force, even when I was in decent shape. I'm not built for distance running.
Note: Not a fan of the 45 degree weather and hilly terrain. And looks like I need to shave ~90 seconds off my run. Can't say I'm too sad about the time though, been almost a year since I've done a distance run.
Yeah I'm out of shape. Jus' a little skinny white boy be me.
However, I could have possibly gotten better on push-ups/minute, as right now I have a severely injured right shoulder, putting most of the work in my left arm.
HOWEVERER, pushups are part of the physical therapy needed to re-strengthen my shoulder.
But thanks to you guys, I'm not giving up (like usual).
Coincidentally, I was thinking about starting my own thread in Fitness about getting me into shape.
I pulled that from the closest training run I have on record to that distance, 2 miles. Just did an estimate from the average split, though I know I ran the first mile in 6:30.
To get full points on the RT you have to be running just over a 6 flat which is a crazy pace for the general population.
I went and redid the whole thing tonight, did an actual 1.5 mile run for time before anything else. That RT is just about as fast as I can do without pooping myself and doing a sit-up every second is hard.

I think I'll do okay (at least in terms of meeting the minimums) except perhaps on the running....dear god I am a horrible runner.
Yeah, I was pretty sore. Old.

Ew, that stuff has a bunch of sugar in it. How about some popcorn, ramen, and fruit salad?....and then a chicken sandwitch with a side of corn.
