The good news—the REALLY good news—is that we've had two days of heavy downpours in Detroit. Every single area we patched in the basement is bone dry. The leaks are fixed!
The BAD news is that there is one more spot that is leaking. It's between the houses. We'll need to dig and patch an area roughly the same size as the first big hole (the one we dug down by hand). It's just next to the corner where we did the foundation patching.
As far as big picture goes, though, it's no big deal. I'd like to say, again, THANK YOU SO MUCH to the people who came out and broke stone and dug holes with us. It freaking worked.
Update: Two spaces of the remaining spaces have been taken. I've split off the attic turret room from the rest of the attic and lowered the cost of sponsorship for the carriage house.

Wait... So am I to gather the turret room is still up for grabs, or...?
Also, there are only 3 spaces left to be named, and the asking prices have been lowered: Basement Workshop ($300), Upper Floor Walk-In Linen Closet ($150), and the Carriage House ($1800).
I'll make it 4 spaces by adding the newly-rebuilt back porch stoop (outside kitchen back door) for $300.
In this photo, is the porch on the left the one I sponsored, and the stoop/stairs on the right the one you just made available? I've only been to the house once, so kitchen/dining room is a little uncertain for me.

Upper Floor Walk-In Linen Closet ($150) = Tushon's Improbability Drive Paid (I reserve the right to edit this until such a time as @Lincoln tells me he is getting the nameplate printed, but the spirit will be the same)

@Koreish Are we talking about the master bedroom? That was claimed, but not named.
Or at least so that I can cry and give suggestions.
Also, I wrote 3 post in 3 days: http://intodetroit.com/

Also... omfg that place was a wreck!
If it's still open in like two months, it's ON.
