It's only a garage because some moron cut a garage door hole (and damaged the structural integrity of the hull carriage house) in the side of the it when it already had a perfectly good working carriage door.
Price drop! Carriage House is now $1500 and the back kitchen porch is now $250.
Each stair up to the main porch is also now available for $100 each (front & side stairs, in the order received). That'll just be your name tho, we're not naming steps. Donors who already gave $100 get priority. If you gave under $100, you can use your previous donation as part of this.
