Last year we had some IC Midwest people come out and visit us here in the land of sunshine and... whatever else it is that California is known for. This year, it miiiight be happening again. The dates look like they're going to be March 1st-5th, and so far I'm semi certain that @Malia and @Cannonfodder are in. @Myrmidon and I will definitely be in, and I'm pretty sure @UPSLynx is going to want to be around for it.

Just throwing this out there in case any one else thinks they could make California in March work.

There will be tea parties involved.

    Also, the apartment looks sweet since I moved in. It was a man cave steeped in darkness and cold last year... But we've since realized that the heater works, and the blinds open.

    I must admit...when I read this, I had some concerns about residual motor oil on my cutlery ruining the breakfast experience. But, I will trust in the wisdom of @teramona

    There's gyrothopter parking in the back, there are large fans to clear the steam, the booths only seat 2 (so there's enough room for your costume and accessories), and no helium speculating or trading is allowed inside.
