Excellent. We'll have to get up kind of early on Saturday to make the lesson (because it's kind of a popular thing, and they only have slots for 24 people), but it was a lot of fun. We can get breakfast before hand, or maybe have a picnic at the park that the lessons or at? Lots of cool options.
How would you guys feel about free archery lessons on Saturday? Eh? Eh?
Silly Tushon, I won't be there on Saturday! (also, that's probably for the best...it is safer that I don't participate in any activity that involves shooting pointy objects)
Pandemic is sweet, Melissa and I have been playing it for a few weeks. You guys would love it.
Really? I watched the TableTop for Pandemic, and the cooperative part looked interesting, but the "you normally lose this game" aspect sounded a bit depressing....

That is a vote of confidence if I've ever heard one. Perhaps I'll have to go to my local gaming store before leaving for CA. Damn you, I already had too much to pack :/

We haven't lost yet, but we are also playing on the lowest difficulty level. We were going to put it up a notch tonight. I don't know how different it would get with more than 2 people. I'll try and make friends and get back with you.

I've played four players at the toughest level. It's an absolute blast. @Purplemonkeygirl doesn't enjoy many games, but she really likes playing this one.
After discussing it with @UPSLynx last night, I do not think it would be fair to the rest of you if I come up Saturday with my daughter. Perhaps I will be able to join you all another time. Have fun.
SugarCheryl and I will be heading up there Friday night though we will not be going to the comedy show Friday, we would have to rush and I want it to be a fun relaxed weekend. We will be finding a Hotel near by to crash.
Pretty much In for everything Later Friday through Sunday. Breakfast, Museums, Tea Party ect...
I don't have much money to spend this weekend - I've only been paid once in the last seven weeks thanks to THQ dying, and my first SEGA check went totally to bills. So anything I do, I'll be on the cheap side.
BUT, it looks like my trip to SF has moved back. I'm still waiting to confirm, but if that is so, I propose an afternoon in my neck of the woods in Oak Park. We can drive up the historic Mulholland Drive 'Snake', see some mountains, have some phenomenal micro brew at Ladyface, and then boardgame and beer at my apartment up the street.

@BobbyDigi, Dressing up is not mandatory, but acceptable. I was thinking about wearing my fancy corset, because why not? Also, we'll probably go to dinner after the comedy show for drinks and whatnot, and then on Saturday morning we're going to shoot arrows... for free!
Sunday it looks like we'll be headed over to @UPSLynx's place. Wooooo! Mountains sound like a good opportunity for a picnic.
All day erry day! Seriously, any day/time works for me. Ladyface is about 5 minutes from my home, and it RULES. We HAVE to go get beer there.
Hooray! Honestly, brewery of some sort was already on my list of things to do if time permitted, so this just makes it extra awesome.

@UPSLynx, we were thinking about taking Daffy and Marie to the Griddle Cafe Friday around noonish... It seems like that would be the best day for it, since it wouldn't be as crowded as it would be on a weekend. Would you be available to join us?
Soooo... I tried really hard to find a tearoom that would be open during the hours that Marie was available, but I didn't have any luck. Everyone was all booked up for tomorrow, they're not open on Monday, and I couldn't find a place open passed 5. I did make reservations for 7 people for Sunday, though, so that Cherp and BobbyDigi and his wife could do the tearoom thing.
Are people still coming to my place on Sunday though? I thought we'd be hanging out here in the evening. Considering the distance, we'll have to pick one or the other.

Are we dressing up for the tea party?

Wait, Sunday or Monday? I'm good for either, just clarifying since I originally said Monday I think.
Sunday is prolly better regardless.
