    I've been managing/building our forum platform for 8 years but it would still be difficult to argue that alcohol isn't my most effective community building tool.

    i got scared that with EPIC people wouldn't show up...

    also like i mention, last halloween's Spell book, when still on your loadout, will show up in quickslot 4.
    you can actually use it which just wave your arm around with some purple magic.
    if you are an engie, it removes your building ability...
