    I filed a support ticket. They said they were aware of the issue and working on it, then laid the blame on an "upstream provider" and said it was resolved after midnight. Not that it did us much good.

    I am unable to update the server due to:

    "Server is currently offline and this action cannot be performed"

    I will keep on it and keep the thread here updated.
