For your first time to come in and have above average performance, that is spectacular. Can't wait to see what you do when you've been through a couple more and start getting tier gear.
Those percentiles are a bit skewed though, since alts of people that have done it before are in there too.
@RahnalH102 I just want to say except for gruul/kromog (Which are mostly because your HP is lower than everyone else's) Your survivability on fights you don't know is freaking amazing. You pick up fights so very fast. Please do not be disheartened.

I was looking at the At My Gear Level percentages and basing my judgement on that factor.
When thinking about it and when you brought me in to that "princesses" fight as you call it reasons I'm lackluster now are:
1: Inexperience with fights and overall rustiness. I've been jittery as heck for both of these past raids. Probably cause I feel there is a lot of weight on me and I don't know if I can carry that weight. Will go away with practice.
2: M-muh gear. Not caught up with legendary questline. Still have a couple blues. Will go away in time.
3: As far as I know, I need to stand still as long as possible in order to heal as best as I can. If there was an arcane mage in the group I'd probably emulate their positioning. See Flamebender for example of true potential. Princesses is a nightmare. I'll have to remember to call for Aspect of the Fox if crunch time.
(Whoa pound sign calm down.) #3 is the big one for me since looking at those numbers from the logs, they say that there is a way to heal bigtime while needing to move often. That, I need to learn if there is something like that. It could be that because of #1 I just haven't learned where I need to stand in order to maximize my output. Watching a mistweaver who knows what they are doing would help with both potential problems.

Just want to reiterate that you're doing great considering you just jumped in with us. Try to relax (I know, it's not easy) -- we're all in this to have fun. The best thing you can do is make sure you have your equipment enchants and gems up to date and then do the best you can not to get hit by mechanics. We're not expecting you to be at the top of the healing charts.
Let's be clear: We made significant, notable, and good progress last night. In the beginning we struggled with p1. By the end of the night we were consistently getting into p2. The last two attempts we knocked out the first elementalist. It was all progress.

We made good progress and it was a pretty fun night. Interested to see if there are places where we can see how to improve our chances.

I tried to looking for the successful kill on Blast Furnace and ended up having to zoom out my browser since the attempt list doesn't have a scrollbar or something. :P
The Gorefiend fight is simultaneously maddening and awesome. When we figure it out and it clicks and we beat him it'll be so satisfying. What a weird fight.

@RahnalH102 you did the following percentile at your gear level according to AMR:
47% - Hanz & Franz
78% - Flamebender
51% - Kromog
31% - Oregorger
12% - Grull

Seconded. We've all had dozens of attempts at them and we all still struggle with the princesses.
We're very glad to have you with us!
Anyone have combat links for last night's Furnace attempts? Or will they just make me angry?
I do. I was talking to roommate and girlfriend and forgot to upload. Will do it tonight before raid.

For the good of Icrontic's progression, I'm going to stop raiding. In sure you'll have Blackhand down next Monday. Good luck!
It's all just timing. You weren't ever holding us back.
I'm just joking of course. I'll stay to screw the raid over for months to come!
Only a subset of the fights, because why not change settings because we changed the UI of our addon (the auto-logging of raids was turned off )

Lord... still only ~80% uptime on sacred shield. Literally the best thing I can do to improve. :/
(just make sure you're not looking at fights with split zones)
