The New York Islanders takes the series lead with a very quick Overtime goal with a 2-1 final. It looked like Nashville was going to match goals with Chicago but the Blackhawks pulled away with a 4-2 win giving them the series lead. Montreal had to go into Overtime to beat Ottawa 2-1. And Calgary got a bit of payback by beating Vancouver 4-2
