Edit: I googled and found that it's a Imgur-introduced animated image file format which is smaller, faster and higher quality than a standard animated GIF.
That's pretty sweet. the GIF was never really intended for such widespread animated use. I want a crawler to run through the whole internet converting every big, weird animated GIF into a GIFV.
It should be noted that imgur does have a mirror of every .gifv as a .gif so until .gifv is supported, just remove the V.
Also I am not having any problems with the insert image button except that it only accepts formats it recognizes. For example any Steam screenshots I post do not end in .jpg or the like. They end in numbers with a / at the end. I've developed a workflow of hit the Attache image/file button, past the Steam url, add .jpg to the end. As soon as I type g it puts it into the post. Back .jpg back out and image displays as it should.
Also this should be in the Everything is Different thread but I don't have the ability to move posts, just split them into a new thread.

Slasher mode is THE BEST. It is TERRIFYING and we all need to play it.

Just finished the Pacific Standard heist, and holy crap. So stressful. I was on edge and being a punk, but we did it.
