23-26 March — 10th Annual #ICSP
Boardgame & beer weekend with a costumed march thru Detroit on Sunday in the early afternoon. Bright colors (especially red) and ridiculous costumes are appreciated - we're trying to scare the Nain Rouge out of the city to start spring! To participate in the march, do not plan to leave the event before 5pm Sunday (as in, book your flight well after that).

I wanna see some upped costume games this year! After attending a small Mardi Gras parade last week I have raised expectations.

Come on tax return...found flights from TLH -> DTW round trip for $385 which is cheap out of Tally; return would be on Monday ($250 cheaper to return on the following Monday instead of Sunday)
Sunday is a drinking day. You wanna stay til Monday.
If I can make it, it works out for my class schedule as well, since the return flight would have me back at TLH around 1230 and class that day is at 2

Welp, I will not be able to make it, seeing as how this happens the week after Spring Break and my Cisco CCNA class is kicking my ass without me taking a weekend off to have fun.
This sucks. A lot. Especially after tonight and the stupid shit I had to endure.
Maybe EXPO (though I want to get completely shitcanned with y'all) or maybe another year. I hate everything and just wanted a week(end) away.

Between Jackie moving out here the week of ICSP, and now having to travel home to Indiana tomorrow for my Grandmother's funeral, I really don't think it's going to happen.
If I can find a way to be there for a day or two I'll see what I can do. Just the time off thing and being tight on money has me in a tough spot right now. It's been a rough couple of weeks.
