I did not sign up for the $15 bike tour since I'll be bringing my own bike. What was the $15 supposed to cover?
There is no bike tour. There is a "pedal pub" event where you all pedal the same giant contraption together. It covers the cost of said contraption and/or the guide if we manage to find one.

Shoot, I thought it was biking again. I want to do that. Is there a way to add an event after checkout? Sorry...
I'm signed up! I'll be arriving on Thursday before dinner (fingers crossed) and leaving Sunday.
I'd like to request a spot for sleeping at the house for the 3 nights.
PEDAL PUB. Yes, I see there has been some confusion. Allow me to blab about it. I picked up a side gig this summer driving one of these 16 seater crazy bike pub contraptions downtown. USUALLY we take party people to bars, pedal around, hit another another bar, drinks on the bike, yada yada yada....for ICRONTIC however, we're only bringing drinks onto the pedal pub (100% legal now, but no glass anything. It can fall, it can break.) and I'm working it out as I type, but getting my good pal and local historian Bailey, proprietess of Detroit History Tours to join us and tell us weird and wonderful things about the city as we pedal our asses around to different locations. It should be insightful, entertaining, odd (why are we on a giant ass bike?) and slightly tipsy. Hope to see your asses on my giant ass bike.

Does Detroit have open container laws that I'm not in the loop on, or does the pedal pub license allow BYOB? I'm only asking because of reasons.
For quite some time: Detroit city ordinance Article V, sec. 38-5-1 prohibited consumption of alcohol in public spaces, but did not forbid open containers. This generally remains true.
Setting the wheels in motion, Michigan's 2015 legislative session in SB165 provided for commercial quadricycles, and alcohol on commercial quadricycles, if the driver does not drink or serve.
Detroit followed up by amending 38-5-1 with several additions in Article VIII section 58-9-x to except for the new Michigan laws. As per Michigan State law, however, such pedalpubs must be BYOB; cannot stop at a liquor store; and cannot onboard drinks purchased from any dining establishment. Also: no glass.
A2 and Grap also allow for BYOB pedalpubs. The fun governors in Kzoo banned it.

Picked up Smash Bros. for my 3DS. I'm ready for two-years ago gaming!
It's still my go-to 3DS game. You really can't beat playing a couple hours of Smash Bros while on a long flight. It's one of my favorite mobile games of all time.
You can play the Wii-U version of Smash via your 3DS copy (using your 3DS as your controller for on-screen play on the TV/Wii-U). It's become my preferred way to play the game, even when sitting at a TV.
Our attendance numbers could use some inflation so I hope you'll all rise to the challenge and buoy the event by inviting some new folks before we close the valve on tickets next week.

The $15 is for a seat on one of these contraptions. http://handlebardetroit.com/
