ECS has offered 99-hour replacement on all of their higher-end Black Series motherboards since last year, but yesterday they announced that it would extend to all of their VGA and Motherboard product lines.
The other good news is that the 99-Hour Replacement Service plan is retroactive to any motherboard or VGA card bought after December 31, 2011.
The 99-Hour Replacement plan is available to ECS customers in the 48 contiguous US states. All a customer has to do is register the card or motherboard through the ECS website, and they are activated in the plan.
This is another step in the right direction for ECS, who seems to be trying to communicate that they want consumers to consider them a brand that can be relied upon.
