You may have seen Windows 7’s build 7600.16385 makin’ the rounds as early as July 13, but what nobody has seen until today is build 7600.16385 straight from the boys at Microsoft. Prior leaks claiming to be the genuine RTM haven’t quite panned out as they’ve yet to match Microsoft’s official MD5 sums which verify a file’s authenticity.
Today’s leak — all wrapped up in warm, genuine MD5-matching goodness — is a fitting swan song for the saga of Windows 7’s development which has finally come to a close. Be a boyscout and give it a buy, huh?
