The smell of freshly installed carpet fills my nostrils this week. It has been madness, as I was forced to move all my crap into my brother’s old room while the installers laid the carpet. I’m trying to pull together the pieces and get everything set back up, but with the Blu-ray of AVATAR sitting on my desk, that hasn’t been too easy.
Next, Primesuspect wrote a piece titled “The Last Thing Warren Needs is Another Parking Lot Full of Junk.” If you haven’t read it yet, open the link in a new tab and read it immediately. It is an excellent piece that really makes you think about the consequences of nature vs. mankind. There really isn’t anything clever to say about it, the piece is fantastic and you should read it.
Thirdly, Gizmodo sucks. Early this week they revealed information on the iPhone 4G, as they purchased a prototype found lost in a bar. Not only have disregarded the consequences of their actions for the Apple employee that lost the prototype, but they’ve squeezed the story dry, milking it for everything it’s worth. I hate them for this.
Finally, a quick update on my California plans: yes, I’m still moving. No, I don’t have a job yet. That doesn’t mean I’m not totally excited for the entire thing.
