Oops! 30GB Zunes fail today

zune Owners of 30GB Microsoft Zunes are ending 2008 with frustration. The cheeky “it’s not an iPod” owners found their mp3 playing bricks won’t get past the boot screen as of 12 a.m. today.

Microsoft is aware of the error now, so maybe they’ll get it fixed in time for tonight’s festivities. How many parties will be music-less because the Zune’s calendar ended Dec. 30, 2008?

I would put list it as more of a "Thank you for trying this product. The trial period for this product has ended. If you would like to continue using this product after Dec 30th, 2008, please purchase a license or activate your purchased license at zune.miscro$hat.com" ;D;D

31 Dec 2008 ~ 9:20pm TurboPenguin All I can say is that im damn glad i got an iPod Touch instead of the zune. I almost put the zune on the wish list. WTF was M$ thinking?! This goes to show that M$ just cannot get thier act together. All this is going to do is push more people towards Apple products. Which is something that MS does NOT need!
