The H2O-120 Compact is packed in a relatively small cardboard box. The small size of the box hints to the compact nature of what is contained within. Printed on the front of the box is the phrase “Water Cooling Has Never Been This Easy!”. We hope to put that claim to the test.

There is a ton of information printed on the box in several languages. The parts list as well as some technical specifications can be found there.

The front of the box opens up, revealing a window that gives a peek at the MCR-120 radiator and the Apogee Drive pump/waterblock. There is also an interesting display of gauges depicting this kit’s suitability in various scenarios. Some of these gauges hint that the kit can be used in conjunction with a GPU waterblock.

The various components of the H2O-120 kit are protected in a foam shell. There is ample protection to keep the components safe. Two short lengths of tubing are included, as well as an instruction manual and a funnel for filling the loop.

Swiftech also includes a bottle of their HydrX water additive to inhibit corrosion and algae growth in the loop. A fan adapter to with a soldered in-line resistor is used to reduce fan voltage to 7V; without it, the fan operates at 2000RPM.
