You can't really do fireworks that do anything other than lay on the ground, anywhere near ICHQ (on the street, etc) because there are too many houses.
Donuts are fine anywhere, as long as they aren't flaming.

I'm trying to work out going this year but I've got to deal with work first so I want to know how long I've got. Should have the issues worked out by Monday/Tuesday but eh.
I'll probably be the last to get my ticket. ^^' I'm GnomeQueen's friend Alicia and I'm new to everything. I'll be coming up on Friday and leaving Sunday.
