undefinedHello friends...These are made in a very happy day of my life, with a borrowed camera, of course, as I don't have one. And Santa didn't bring me one either.. Enjoy!

I took this a few hours ago. Walked a block from my grandparents' vacation home in Carmel to the ocean. This is resized and rotated a bit (I was holding the camera slightly tilted)
I have been meaning to put some pics in this thread for quite some time, but just never got around to it....
Way back in June 04, my family made a trip to Michigan to visit my wife's family for her parents' 50th Anniversary. While there, we made a group trip to a beach near Muskegon...the name of the beach escapes me at the moment.
My older daugther was about 15 months old at the time. I sat her on a lifeguard boat at the beach, and posed her for the following set of pictures. She was very cooperative to model for Daddy. I am biased of course, but I think she is one of the most beautiful little girls I have ever seen.
These next two are my two favourite shots from the series...in fact, they are two of my most favourite shots I have ever taken...the way she is looking off into the distance on the first shot is priceless, and the closeup of her sandy foot just fascinates me....
From the same trip: my brother-in-law has some llamas and sheep on his acreage, he uses the wool to make custom wool clothing, he has his own loom and everything. Here is a closeup of a llama's face, and my nephews chasing sheep...
Same trip. This one was snapped by my wife out the window of the van as we came over the bridge at the border at Sarnia / Port Huron. Note the flags at half-mast, this was shortly after Reagan's death.

I really like the water subject.
