I add 4-8GHz of Athlon XP power.
And 18GHz of Duron power to my repertoire.

The only downside being that it all goes down on the 12th of June when I graduate high school.

I added another Athlon XP 2400 to my power TODAY.

I add 2x Athlon XP 2400 guaranteed in a week or two, and possibly 2 more Athlon XP 2400 when I get my friend folding.

The 18GHz is also guaranteed. Good day sirs, I'll see you around 20th place.

9 solid months with 18GHz is amazing. Even 1 month would be a boon to the team.

Thats about what I had with the lab. About 11-12 1.6 P4s. Should get like 1.5k a week with the Durons.

    Wonderful news!

/me plots and plans his next attack, aiming towards Thrax's lab so he can commandeer the machines to fold under a2jfreak. < insert evil maniacal laugh >

    How do you come up with 1.5k/week out of 18GHz? I get ~1k/week with 5 axp 1800s, a celly 500, a p3-600 and a p3-650...

    I get over 2K a week with:

Athlon 2.3GHz (24/7, except today because of a torture test on Kingston RAM)
    Athlon 2.3GHz (24/7)
Athlon 1.78GHz (24/7, but only a couple more days :bawling: )
    Athlon 800MHz (~10 hours a day)
    Pentium4 2.13GHz (24/7)

With five AXP 1800s and then some you should be getting more points than I do . . . unless you're not folding 24/7, or you have the CPU utilization set below 100%.

All of mine are set to 100% CPU utilization with the lowest priority available.

They aren't on 24/7- they're office machines and I have no control over how long they're on...

Well for one I dont think that have SSE like all those Athlons do.

I forget exactly how many but it was 10-12 1.6GHz P4s got 2.5k/week in its prime with gromacs.

Well maybe more, my quick thought it wasnt more GHz than the lab I had but its more or right on about. But it wont be as good as all the P4s.

Man . . . it seemed like he posted that weeks ago. ;D (I guess it was just the anticipation getting to me) It felt like he was never going to come through.

/me very impatiently waits 3 more days.
This could really help us out in our fight against Ars Technica!

I might have to delay the rollout. We're having massive power fluctuation/computer crashing problems in the lab. Plus we have no air conditioning in the schools (Techs fried an $8000 control panel), so the CAD lab with no windows is about 92*F.

I'll have to wait until atleast the 20th for air conditioning, and for our power problems to be rooted out.

We WILL still get them, but later than I expected due to stupid technicians the school hires for the lowest dollar possible.
