    Tech Companies Play Leap Frog.

    The KT266a/333 was better than the NF1. The NF2 was better than the KT400/600.

    Now we have the K8T800 outperforming the NF3 maybe....?

    Possibly, but I don't like admitting that the best chipset on the market is made by via ;D (stupid audigy2....) ;D

    I'm not convinced the leapfrog metaphor applies to nVidia and Via with respect to motherboard chipsets. Perhaps it will sometime in the future. What is good is that nVidia's innovations are forcing Via to work very hard. Their near monopoly with AMD mobo chipsets is history.
