so, is this still actively played? I tried it at a friends house about a half a year ago, and loved it... what do you need to play it? Can you play it without buying HL2?

Ya we still play most every day/night plus there are always people playing on other servers. You can either get the whole Orange Box (which has 5 games for $50) or you can buy TF2 for $30. Both can be bought in stores or directly from Steam.
Tiberius, you had me dominated at least 5 different times last night. I was so pissed. I did have an absolutely AMAZING stab last night. Prime, as a pyro, jumps over some boxes that I was trying to climb. So as he is flying over me, I try to stab. Instant kill!!! That happened in about 1 maybe 2 seconds.

mostly the IC server is active in the evening. If you add a bunch of us {IC} people as friends on steam it will notify you when people are playing. Send primesuspect a pm or something to get into the icrontic steam group.

well I must have missed the party - I have to say I'm disappointed, I spent a few hours earlier honing my skills. As a further disappointment there are currently somehow NO online games going on!
