    Well, Broady and Q spun off colonies near our stronghold. I think that will be a base of operations soon. :)

    Ah..but just what are we going to do with this base of operations? Are we going to battle eventually? It would be sweet to be in a war...just as long as we don't lose :wink:
    If we don't go into battle..what else is there to do in this game?

    I'm looking to take an oasis later tonight... That should bring in some good cash. If we can start working on making some friends with Fear Alliance. That alliance and respective coalition seems to be in the top 5 groups. Myth and Zero alliances seem to be the top dog.

    If we can all build villages in the stronghold area, that will help keep out all but the biggest enemies...

    From what I've heard, we will not win without some serious luck or diplomacy. All we can do is last until the end game and be on the winning side. The estimate for end game is May. Then, we start over again from the start...:D

    Once you have a Residence lvl 10 you can create Settlers who can then found a new village.

    Is it just me, or is producing wheat kinda useless.. I mean I see trades in the market for wheat asking for much less of something else for the amount of wheat given... why produce wheat when you can trade for it at these prices...

    You need a lot of wheat production to sustain a large army. Until you're fielding troops, you don't need to develop it much.

    Yep, what he said!!! Besides, if you find a nice valley that is NOT strong on wheat, say iron or clay rich, you can then trade it away at a premium. ;)

    That location is gonna make things a bit difficult. Did you select Northwest? That looks like Northeast? Invite sent though.

    Both of you will need an embassy in order to see the invite and enter into the {IC} Alliance.

    Hey guys, what do you think is a reasonable amount of time for an external tool to synchronize with the servers to keep from putting a burden on them?

    Haha, just make sure your warehouse can hold it all! I made that mistake when I started playing. :p

    EDIT: Thanks to everyone that sent me resources! I think I've been making pretty good use of it all. My earth wall is in the middle of upgrading to level 10, and after that I'll start working on some troops. BTW, does anyone have any tips on what resource I should start working up? Maybe I'll just get my iron and wheat to match my clay and wood and go from there. :)

    SWEET, I just found someone trading 1500 clay for 1500 iron. My earth wall doesn't seem to want ANY iron at all so I've had a bit of a surplus lately. I think I'll start paying closer attention to the marketplace now. :p

    I strongly recommend restarting in the Northwest! It's a 6-hour roundtrip for merchants to get there. :-/

    Start up another village with a different account and send my stuff there or just start over again ?

    If it can be spared, I could really use 2500 of each resource. This should be my last mooch as my resource per hour is finally starting to get up there. :)

    Pretty soon I'll be able to start returning the favors. :D

    TBonZ, the wood clay and wheat will arrive in 47 minutes. The iron will be 3 hours 20 minutes, sorry :-/ I have a severe iron shortage at the village nearest you so it's coming from another one.
