    They don't cost you wheat. They cost the player who attacked you. That's why you hold them ransom. You ask for resources and release them. The options the other player has is to disband them, in effect starving them or attacking you again to release them.

    Crazy Joe, tell me what he's attacking with (approx) so I know how many guys to send.

    Make sure you've built up your wall/palisade/whatever

    I sent igzor a little note from the {IC} asking him to lay off for a while... With you stuff, Keebs, Joe will be just fine. :thumbsup:

    Unless my village is being raped while I'm at school, it's realy quiet near me, then again I only have fields in my immediate nearbyness :tongue: there are a couple large villages, but oh well :tongue:

    I should be just fine where I'm at. The only person that has attacked me in the past few days just agreed to lay off haha. I should be able to build resources peacefully, though any contributions from you all definitely help!

    Well the guy attacking me responded to our note by attacking again... This makes four times in two days... He "only" took about 1000 resources this time though...

    He offered that if I release his 30 troops if he would back off attacking me and that I agreed and said any further attacks would be treated as a declaration of war and acted upon accordingly so we will see how that works out.

    Yeah, I was looking at the attack logs for the alliance and he attack this morning (4:00 am Central time). You did fairly good though. You killed his hero and his 2 macemen. That attack cost him over 1000 and you lost less than 1000. Hopefully he DOES back off... If not, maybe a Paladin hero and a few paladins friends would keep him honest. ;)

    Keith 1979 attacked me THREE times while I was away- I have next to nothing. He took 2000 of every resource and I can only hold 2300 :S crannies are still at 284.... sux.

    Also, I'm on my last day grace. If anyone can part with it, I'd more then welcome 900-1000 of each resource to build up the crannies and all that. I have a guy on my map that I think I will hear from either way once my protection wears off tomorrow morning. I'd like to have my best foot forward when all that goes down.

    Awesome! He's giving me 2 weeks without attacking before we negotiate again, that way he thinks I'll have something to offer him xD

    If you see someone coming like that, send your troops as reinforcements to one of our villages to save them. Recall them after he leaves.

    I had a guy raid me. I sent him an IGM asking him to not raid me. He replied AND sent back 108 iron. He only took 107! Pretty cool! I actually earned 1 iron on that raid! ;D;D;D

    Invites do NOT expire so your friend will always be welcome unless we retract the offer.

    I'll look at my resources later and send you some goodies!!! ;)

    Potsy is getting this error when he tries to accept the {IC} invite; The alliance can currently hold 15 players.
    For every level of the alliance's largest embassy, 3 more players can be added.
