I will be creating a guild which will be a consortium of Icrontic and several other individuals from various MMOs and competitive games alike that I have played with in the past. The guild will be an all inclusive one with a home for relaxed PvE, content pushing PvE, casual PvP and competitive PvP. This is going to be an amazing opportunity to be part of an amazing extension of the Icrontic community. There is something for everyone in this game!

    I maintain that this game has something that many games have not had before. You can play hardcore difficulty things in a casual players time limit. There is minimal penalization for not spending every waking minute on the game.

    Lots of (good) mechanic changes that kinda make that sort of rigid class definition go away, GQ. Take a looksy at the wiki and descriptions of the roles.

    Nope. If you pre-purchase, this weekend is last beta event to try out any of the classes/races.

    Reminder you will need to reselect Blazeridge Mountain again this weekend.

    Trooster you should definitely get in on it this weekend. As I have told most everyone, the classes are so different from each other you will really want to experiment prior to release so you can get right to it when it counts. I was so sure I was going to play a specific class until I dabbled: I found another class was a much better fit.

    Qualifies? Its a videogame. Small children are qualified.

    Unlike WoW and other such games, there is no content that would exclude players that feel they are "rubbish" from playing with us. If you have interest in the game that is all it takes.

    They said it'll be Steamy eventually, but I think they're using the pre-order play weekends to try to get as many no-steam customers as possible before they put it up there. (In fact, business-wise, I think that may be the primary reason for the pre-order weekends)
