- October 27-30.
- I have Thu/Fri off work. If you arrive earlier be prepared to entertain yourself.
- Sleeping space will be by reservation (this thread). Tell me what day you arrive.
- Proactively find your airport ride buddy.
- Costume party Saturday night whenever people feel like putting costumes on after dinner, as usual.
- BYOB... & beer to share.
- 7 Wonders (fine, probably others games too, also maybe MTG sealed).

I am not sure what @UPSLynx and I are doing, honestly. I think we'll be getting there late Wednesday, leaving Friday, and coming back Saturday? Anyways, I will be bringing an air mattress for us. I think we'll leave then on Sunday or Monday.

Looking at flying in on Thursday around 4pm and leaving Sunday 11am. Will post when tickets are buyed. Would like a spot in the attic.

Yes, I will be there on Wednesday but I am staying with @Church4252 to visit with Logan and Tara. Also Iowa Whiskey has been requested. Please message me if you would like to buy a bottle but I will be bringing some to share. @Linc @UPSLynx @UPSKingpin @DontCallMeKelso I know for sure will want samples
Also, (obviously) I will have a car so if anyone needs pickups at the airport I am happy to help. I think @DontCallMeKelso gets in mid afternoon Thursday.
I will probably be there Thursday-Sunday, but waiting on some other plans before I finalize. I hope to bring a bunch of homebrew depending on how it turns out

Hey guys! I'll be at Oktoberfest this year. My flights or rental car will be booked Wednesday evening. I plan on being there Friday night and Saturday night, possibly Sunday night. I will bring an air mattress and / or sleeping bag for myself. Additional details to come.
I know Evonne and Mark are coming (possibly others?) and I know they will need crash space. I'm posting here on their behalf since they're never in the forums. ;P

Oh hai. In. Will need a mattress upstairs if available. I'll be there Wednesday-Sunday (maaaaaybe Monday).

In. Will update with full plans soon - Jackie and I will have to head to Indiana Friday night, returning mid-day Saturday for my sister's wedding. So that's gonna be a hustle.

The pups and i will be driving in for fri-sun. @RyanFodder too, but he's not sure which day he's arriving yet. We'd like some sort of family sleeping arrangement please, especially since @Cola won't be there for Hallie to snuggle with.

Hey @Linc, is there a way for me to borrow a sleep bag / air mattress / whatever works best from you all / the House to ease my luggage situation? If not, no worries, plenty of people to borrow stuff from on my end.
I think all of the provided cots/beds had bedding provided IIRC
I'm tentative for Saturday. Depends on if my kid's football team makes the championship (which isn't seeming likely right now, but who knows).
Debating on staying on-site or elsewhere. If on site, I'll have a twin air mattress.
