We did it with TF2. We did it with Left4Dead, we did it with WaR, and now we’re doing it with WoW.

Pigflipper, primesuspect, MasterbuilderK, and MiracleManS are starting an Icrontic guild on Tortheldrin (PvP). We are all low level right now (under 25) so we’re just getting started. Roll a new character on Tortheldrin (For the Horde!) and join us!

You may remember my 10 day trial blog. My trial experience sold me, and I started on Christmas Day so that I could play with my kids. Pigflipper decided that he wanted to play again, and rolled with me.

Of course, we need at least 10 people to sign the guild charter. I’m pretty sure we won’t have any trouble finding 10 Icrontians who want to start up a new character (or transfer an existing one).

If you do sign on to Tortheldrin, be sure to add Pigflipper, Kyly, Kethark, or Kaitolainen to your friends list, and one of us will track you down.

    Anne: we are more than 4 months away from endgame content at the earliest. Also, feel free to invite anybody you happen along who seems like a laid back person, this will not be a RAID RAID RAID guild (though raids will happen at some point).

    go into the WoW directory and into the WTF files and find the 'realmlist.wtf' file, delete everything and put in this:
    
    set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
    set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com
    
    save and launch and you should have the U.S. server list.

    I'm not feeling left out at all. I am quite content with playing a game that actually has detailed graphics and intelligent players. Also, my game doesn't ruin your life by sucking you into a black pit of despair and raiding.

At this point, I would say "just play whatever you'll have fun with" and we'll make it work. The only class that isn't represented in that list up there is Warlock. We're weak on the magic side.

    I think this is the first MMORPG where I did not make a super hot sexy little character. Instead I opted for a manly gruff looking guy. Feels weird that I can't whore myself out for some gold or runs or whatever.
