Forgot to mention that after Godsend took Medlock and denied me a new village (by 5 freaking minutes) I instead sent settlers from FATE to -80|292 last night. ETA: 8 1/2 hours.
EDIT: I sent Valarius this message in game a few hours ago. It's still unread so I have a feeling he'll be sadly disappointed whenever he logs back in.

On the last page of the thread you posted in, I had already claimed the 9 crop area you said you were taking.
I will be sending 3 settlers from my outpost village soon to take that area, they should arrive before your settlers do as I am much closer. If I have a village established there, your settlers will turn around and go back where they came from. I don't mean to be mean, but Godsend has already denied me one village and I don't intend to have that happen again. I already had plans for this area, sorry.
Sorry I read a post after yours a few days old that was undecided about taking that spot and so assumed that it wansn't wanted and still up for grabs. I have limited trav time and so can't trawl too far back in the forums. I have no problem with your settlers beating mine too it and hope they enjoy their new home. I'll find somewhere else to lay my hat.

just choose anywhere. i'd say somewhere with 4 of each normal resource, they're usually easier to build up.

Should I make the next village right against Talon 1, close to Talon 1, or move out a few spaces closer to an oasis or two?
By tomorrow evening, TF7 should be occupying the 9-cropper that Pots2 currently inhabits. Potsy's account deletes at 4 pm tomorrow and comes available.
TF2 is about to spit some settlers and so, TF8 will be taking over Potsy's 15 cropper at the outpost.

46,900 are needed to get 8 villages on speed servers.
I have to wait a few days to grab the 15 cropper from Potsy at the outpost but I'm all ready to establish TF7 on the 9-cropper beside TF1. That's going to be a huge help for TF1 with all that extra wheat available.
And yes, Muffin, after it all, I am glad I'm sticking with it. Although, I'm getting a bit of grief from the gf but at least not to the extent Ashyra was.
